VP has paid آ£3.85m in cash for Zenith and taken on آ£2.3m of debt.
Zenith was founded in 1986 and trades as Zenith Survey in England and Wales, and Survey Connection in Scotland.آ Its specialises in the rental and sale of survey and safety equipment from seven locations across the UK.
Zenith primarily serves the construction and civil engineering sectors. It will be integrated within ESS Safeforce, part of Vp’s Hire Station business.
