The contract is for new buildings for Fordbridge Community Primary School and Coleshill Heath Primary School.
Construction of both new schools is expected to be completed by Easter 2015.
Last year Morgan Sindall completed the construction of the new Bishop Wilson Church of England Primary School, also in Solihull, under a آ£10m contract.
