Cardo has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire Breyer Group鈥檚 Roofing division.
It has also separately taken over Breyer鈥檚 contract with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for responsive repairs and maintenance, ensuring that services continue uninterrupted.
The deal saves close to 100 jobs.
Breyer Group 鈥� comprising Breyer Roofing, Breyer Repair and Breuer Renew 鈥� went into administration on 1st April 2025.
Glen Carter, partner at RSM UK and joint administrator, said: 鈥淲e are pleased to have secured a sale of Breyer Group鈥檚 roofing division and in a separate transaction, the continuity of the company鈥檚 contract with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to Cardo. The transactions have preserved a significant number of jobs and allows services to certain clients to be maintained.鈥�

Breyer Group鈥檚 most recent accounts show turnover of 拢83m for the year to 31st May 2023. In the year to 29th February 2024 Cardo Group turned over 拢84m.
