The acquisition of Aran Group comes just three months after M Group took over AgilityEco, which also provides home improvement services focused on energy efficiency improvements.
As part of the acquisition, 62 people from Aran will be joining AgilityEco.聽 They will continue to operate under the Aran brand for now, with eventual integration with the AgilityEco brand planned.聽 AgilityEco will continue to deliver services through its network of subcontractors as well.
Aran was incorporated in 2012 and works for local authority and social housing clients. 聽With the addition of Aran, AgilityEcoplan plans to scale its operations to upgrade more than 28,000 homes in 2026.聽

The deal with Aran brings the number of businesses acquired by M Group to 21 since 2016.
