The multi-million pound job is for insurance broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT).
ISG will be returning to the landmark St Botolph Building in Shoreditch for JLT’s 280,000 sq. ft. fit-out having previously refurbed the first and second floors of the building for another client.
JLT is taking over nine floors of the Grimshaw-designed building to consolidate four London offices and 1800 staff into a single location. ISG has 34 weeks to complete its fit-out project, which includes a significant mechanical and electrical upgrade.
ISG Fit Out managing director Paul Cossell said: “Securing a contract win of this scale and prestige is an excellent result for the business and underlines our delivery credentials at the highest levels of the commercial office market.â€
