Valouran plans a comprehensive redevelopment of a 100,000 sq ft mixed-use site on the northeast corner of the junction of Westbourne Grove and Hereford Road in London W2. It will see the delivery of 28 high-end homes and complementary retail space at street and lower ground levels.

The project would include an addition to Westbourne Grove, a new mansion block on Hereford Road and a revamping of Hereford Mews, resulting in lateral, duplex and mews residences ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. The homes would be integrated across a blend of retained and newly constructed buildings designed by architect Pilbrow & Partners.

Valouran is preparing a planning application for submission in late 2025, with an aspiration to start construction next year.

The development project will be led by Valouran co-founders Alex Michelin and Matthew Robertson, for whom this will be their sixth West London development since setting up Valouran in 2022.
